Every service has one accountable lead.

No queues, no shared inbox. Each service is owned end to end by a named specialist — scoping, delivery, escalation and the quarterly report to your management. Above them sits one account director for the whole engagement.

Above the services

The account director

Every institutional engagement gets one, named in your engagement letter. They chair the monthly review, sequence work so two leads never need the same registrar in the same week, and answer to your management for the whole programme.

Monthly review

One call, one agenda, decisions minuted. Leads attend only for their items, so your people are not held for an hour to give a ten-minute update.

Sequencing

Services compete for the same registrar, IQAC coordinator and finance office. The account director resolves that before it becomes your problem.

Escalation

One number. If a lead is not delivering, you raise it once rather than chasing individuals.

Not sure who you need?

Describe the problem rather than the service. We route it — and if you do not need us for this, we will tell you that too.
