Eleven services. One institutional partner.

Careerantra works with universities, colleges, medical institutions and research organisations across India. Every service below is a complete programme — a defined process, named deliverables, a fixed timeline and one accountable lead. Institutions engage a single service, a bundle, or the whole portfolio.

The model

Why the services are built this way

Most institutions buy academic services piecemeal. An accreditation consultant for the NAAC cycle. A separate agency for the ranking submission. Someone else for faculty training. A fourth vendor for the website. Each one arrives, asks the registrar for the same faculty list, the same publication record and the same financial data, and leaves once their deliverable is signed off.

The cost of that is invisible until you count it. The same data gets collected four times. Nobody owns the dependencies — that research output cannot be raised in the quarter a ranking submission is due, or that an evidence repository has to exist before an SSR can be drafted. And when something fails, there is no single person to hold responsible.

Careerantra is structured against that failure. Eleven services, each owned end to end by a named lead, sitting under one account director who sequences the work and answers for the whole programme. Data collected for one service is formatted for the others. You are billed for the services you take, not for the coordination between them.

Common combinations

Services that work better together

These bundles exist because the services in them share data, share faculty, or depend on each other in sequence.

The Accreditation Cycle

For institutions with a NAAC or NBA submission inside eighteen months.

  • NAAC Accreditation Services
  • Institutional Digital Transformation
  • Research & Publication Excellence
  • Additional Strategic Solutions (NBA & OBE)

The evidence repository is built once and serves the SSR, the AQAR and every subsequent cycle. Publication data is corrected before it enters Criterion 3 rather than after a validation query.

Research Performance

For institutions whose research output is flat and whose ranking depends on it.

  • Research & Publication Excellence
  • Research Data Lab
  • Grant Writing & Sponsored Research
  • Patent & Intellectual Property Services

The slowest-moving parameter in every ranking framework, started first. Publications, funded projects, consultancy income and patents are worked as one pipeline because they draw on the same faculty.

AI Readiness

For institutions that need a defensible position on AI before the next academic year.

  • AI Campus Solutions
  • Faculty Development Academy
  • Institutional Digital Transformation

Policy through the academic council, assessment redesigned to stay meaningful, faculty trained in tiers, and the campus systems to support it. Typically the fastest engagement to show visible change.

Full Transformation

For institutions committing to a three-year programme across the portfolio.

  • All eleven services, sequenced by a single roadmap

One diagnostic, one roadmap, one account director, quarterly review with your governing body. Services are switched on in dependency order rather than all at once.

Common questions

Before you enquire

Can we take just one service?

Yes. Roughly half our engagements begin as a single service — most often NAAC or Research & Publication Excellence — and expand once the first deliverable lands. There is no requirement to take a bundle.

How is a service priced?

Scope-based, agreed in writing before work starts, with a payment schedule tied to deliverables rather than months elapsed. The diagnostic is priced and invoiced separately so its findings are not shaped by what we would like to sell you afterwards.

Who does the work — your team or ours?

Both, and the split is defined in the scope. We do not do work that only your staff can legitimately do: faculty write their own papers, your IQAC signs its own SSR, your inventors are named on their own patents. We build the process, supply the specialist capability, and hold the timeline.

What if we already have a vendor for one of these?

We work alongside them. In several engagements Careerantra runs the research and AI verticals while an existing accreditation consultant continues. The account director coordinates so your registrar is not fielding the same request twice.

Not sure which service you need?

Describe the constraint rather than the service. We reply with which one fits, who leads it, and what a diagnostic would cost.
